Common questions

A link won’t open. Private posts and some links can’t be read. Save the video to your camera roll and share it to Copyset from there.

A move or a dose looks wrong. Reels don’t always say everything. The coach’s note on the workout tells you what was estimated; ask the coach for a swap or a different dose.

Subscriptions. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore a purchase from Me → Restore purchases.

Delete my data. Email us from the app’s Help link and we’ll erase everything tied to your account.
